Why Choose Us?
Dr. Ken Germaine has over 20 years’ experience of writing, managing and evaluating INTERREG projects. He started in 1998 with an INTERREG 2A project and has since been involved in several successful INTERREG projects and applications. Currently planning a number of potential INTERREG Europe applications for the 2021-2027 funding round.
Our main areas of expertise in is designing and submitting KA2 projects particularly ‘innovation’ projects. We are currently working on 2 KA2 applications for nonprofit, third-sector organisations. We already have one KA2 project in preparation for the new 2021-2027 funding round.
We have recently been involved in a number of discussions around developing HORIZON projects, some in Societal Challenges (Dr. Germaine was involved in a very successful EQUAL project, a forerunner of Societal Challenges strand) and we recently had discussions around the security strand. This is an area of development for us into the HORIZON EUROPE programme 2021-20207.
Dr. Germaine wrote the budget, organisational/corporate structures chapters for the Dublin 2020 European Capital of Culture Bid. He subsequently established the EU Lab (EU Funding Unit) for Dublin City Council’s Arts Office and gave advise on funding applications to artists and cultural organisations. The EU Lab is now managed by the Dublin City Culture Company.
We recently managed and submitted 2 applications to INNOVATE UK funding calls (SMART Grants and ISCF Food production). We are in discussions around developing other applications for UK grant applications and we see this as an area of development for Funding Master.
We have experience of developing funding applications for a range of national and international funding calls. Apart from collaborative projects we have separately written capital grant applications, as well as, SME funding applications.
